After serving 20+ years (retired) and my wife ending her military career after honorable service we decided to change up the pace and do something we always loved to do and that is COOK!

Cooking runs in the blood on both sides and it grew on each of us from an early age. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver to you some delicious barbecue with a twist! Believe me, it’s not just the meats that we prepare that will tickle your tummy, but the sides that are prepared also.
